Hello guys! Amiya and Akiya went to there first and last prom this is what happened and how it went! They decided to make their own prom dress and this is how they did it.
Amiya And Akiya found the prom dress that they wanted to make from Pinterest they found inspiration this is how their foundation started.
This is the dress Akiya found insperation on it was a white tight dress
This is the dress Amiya choice she wanted to go BIG and add a ton of leaves along with her flowing dress.
Once they have found their inspired dresses they decided on the fabric. They first wanted to have a fabric that matched the white but they changed it to a black fabric with a lot of glitter instead.
Once they found the fabric they made a lot of different patterns to fit thier body size and they started to construct their dress with just paper!
With these patterns they started to craft their dress and started to make demo dresses. These dresses we not the real thing they were just made to see what the actual dress would look like more like a mock up. Akiya made many mock ups while Amiya only made one.
Akiya tried her mock up to see how it would fit on her and she seen it was going to take a lot more work but she was prepared to do so!
Amiya didn’t try on her mock up becasue she felt it was already good so once they tried thier things on they started to work on the real dress.
